At SJ fabrics we manufacture all of our fabrics promptly to your specifications with low minimums.As we are a fabric manufacturer in Korea, we do not inventory ready-made stock goods like a wholesale business but produce all of our orders “fresh” with low minimum order requirements. We pride ourselves in delivering the finest quality fabrics at the most competitive prices, on time to your complete satisfaction. We offer stock sample swatches and sample yardage in most styles for immediate shipment. In addition, our efficient and creative design/sample departments enable us to custom design and develop our customer’s fabric visions quickly and accurately as well.
Custom Dying: Custom dying is available for selected fabrics from our extensive design library and for new fabric designs from our customers.
Custom Designs: Custom designs are available with new graphic designs provided by our customers. We will produce new molds and screens for the custom design process. All new artwork and produced by SJ Fabrics and screens for samples are charged to our customers and will be quoted upon request.
Documentation: We provide accurate documentation for shipments and samples and can provide technical advice for shipping, forwarding, customs clearance and Free Trade Agreement.
Shipping and Arrival Notice: We provide notification for all bulk and sample shipment to our clients.
Fabric Testing and Reports: We offer fabric testing and will supply test reports for customer’s requirements by request. Testing and reporting information available includes lead content, shrinkage and color fastness. All tests are supplied at our customer’s request by a reputable Korean Fabric testing lab. Tests are performed at our customers expense and not included in fabric prices.
Minimum Order Requirements: Minimums on the majority of our fabrics are only 500 yards per color, per style. Minimums on In-stock may be less than 500 yards depending on fabric availability. Minimum order quantity on Custom Designs can vary based on fabric design, process and ground fabric.
All minimums will be quoted at time of customer fabric request.
Sample Requests: SJ Fabrics will supply sample yardage or 3 yards or less at NO Charge to our clients. Freight on sample shipments is charges to our customers on all sample shipments. Sample requests over 5 will incur charges for fabric and freight as well.
Production Lead-Time: Bulk production orders normally require 3-4weeks for delivery. Running styles require 2 weeks. Custom Designs will vary depending on volume and fabric availability. Delivery times will be confirmed at time of order.
